Subscribe: Apple Podcasts | RSS
Today we’re going to be talking about one of the most popular habits among founders and busy managers like Steli and Hiten. We’re talking about impulse driven conversations. So what are they, why do we have them, and how can we stop?
We’ll also be talking about how to be taken seriously by your peers and co-workers, and we discuss several great tips for this and how to make your work and ideas make a difference.
Some of today’s topics include:
- Steli’s top tips for getting your ideas across
- The simple rule you should be following to prioritize your life
- How your actions can be negatively affecting your business
- How to identify your impulse driven actions
- How to remember details and improve your memory
When managing a business or working with a team, you’re generally always trying to make sure you contribute its overall success. But a lot of time, we find we don’t know how to go through with it.
But here’s the thing: when you have an idea, you have to push it, because no one is going to do it for you. Prove that it’s a good idea, and bring it up again and again until your coworkers have no choice but to see the success that it could create.
We dive into the two spectrums of success, and why you want to be making a tribal difference in your work instead of a cultural one. Steli has a pretty funny story-time for us, today, too.
Our Facebook group is going strong! In fact, we just introduced our 1,000th Member! It’s great to have such an incredible group of entrepreneurs out there making it happen every day. Please join us in our Facebook group and share your experiences, challenges, and motivation.
